Davide Rusca

Davide received his M.Sc. in Physics Engineering from Politecnico of Milano in 2016 with a thesis focused on the design and fabrication of photonics chip on glass. In 2017 he joined the group of Hugo Zbinden in the university of Geneva as a PhD student. His work focused on the security of QKD and on the implementation of QRNG. He received the PhD title in 2021 and after a few years of postdoc in the same group in Geneva, he joined in 2023 the Vigo Quantum Communication Center as a senior researcher in the Quantum Communication Technology Group.
