Álvaro Magdalena receives a PhD
grant from Xunta de Galicia.

Our PhD student from the Satellite Quantum Hub, Álvaro Magdalena, has received a PhD grant from Xunta de Galicia to finance his PhD studies at the Vigo Quantum Communication Center at University of Vigo. These grants are aimed for PhD students from the universities within the Galician University System (SUG), public research organizations of Galicia, the health research foundations of Galicia and CSIC centers.

This grant will provide Álvaro the necessary funding to support the completion of his PhD within the next four years, as well as enable potential research stays at other universities, enriching his work through valuable collaborations.
