Launch of the Spanish Complementary
Plan for Quantum Communications Website

The Website for the Spanish Complementary Plan for Quantum Communications has been launched on December 2023.

This Plan aims at reinforcing cybersecurity and promoting science and innovation in quantum communications in Spain. The Regions of Madrid, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Galicia, Valencia and Castilla y León take part in it, as well as the Higher Center for Scientific Research (CSIC). The region of Madrid coordinates the national program through the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

The program aligns with key European initiatives in this area, both the Quantum Flagship and the European Quantum Communications Infrastructure (EuroQCI), by creating cutting-edge infrastructures and by acting as a driver of the European quantum industry.
